What should I do if I find a bug?
Sorry for the trouble. Please email our support address with the app name, your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. We will look into it and respond as quickly as we can.
Can I send feature requests?
Absolutely. Every request you send is something we treasure when thinking about future updates. We also welcome notes like "I'd love to use it this way."
How long does a reply take?
As a small studio, depending on the topic it may take us a little while to get back to you. We do read every message in order, so we appreciate your patience.
I'd like to know about data backups.
Most of our apps store your records on your iPhone. Before switching devices, please check each app's backup instructions and your device backup. Details are provided on each app's page.
